Forex movement will start as the Asian session gets underway around 20:00 EST, with full momentum expected as the European markets open from 02:00 EDT. Market sentiment runs in waves, 20:00 EDS (Japan), 02:00 EST (Germany), and 07:00 EST (Chicago). Outside of those times a forex trader is unlikely to see too much sustainable movement.

Management Ideas

Management: Trade in-line with the 4 Hour trend.
Close a percentage @ 20 pips. Close a percentage @ Target 1 and move the Stop towards break-even.
At Target 2 move the Stop to Target 1. Then move the Stop up as each Target is hit.
The final amount will then be taken out with the Trailing Stop.
